How to contact you?

⊹ You can contact me with any inquiry at othersaints.atelier@gmail.com, in English or in French. You can also contact me using Instagram DMs at othersaints.atelier.

My body is outside the very restrictive range of standard sizing. Can I ask for a custom fit?

⊹ For now, I am still finding my footing and do not offer custom sizing just yet. However, I understand that standard sizes aren’t enough, and I hope to open custom size orders in the future!

Where & how are your items made?

⊹ All items on this site are designed and handmade in France, by me- in my room! :)

All artwork & photography used by Other Saints are by me unless stated otherwise. The rabbits featured in the website header are drawn by the lovely Maryna.

Where do you ship from?

⊹ I ship from France.

Do you ship to other countries?

⊹ I ship to every destination currently available through the French postal service. If you aren’t sure if your country is available at the moment, you can find more information here.
I do not ship to Russia.

How much does the shipping cost?

⊹ The shipping cost will depend on your order’s weight and destination. It will be calculated and shown before checkout. I only ship with tracking.

When will my order be shipped out?

⊹ Every item is made to order. There is a waiting time estimate on each item’s page, but please keep in mind I am a small creator working by myself, so my creations take a longer time to be made than industrial fashion. You will of course be contacted in case of any unexpected extra delay beyond what’s stated on the item’s listing.

What if there is an issue during shipping?

⊹ When your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. If any problem arises, I will of course do my best to help you within my capacity.
However, once the item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for any loss or damage. If an item is returned to me due to a mistake on your part (wrong address, not picking up the item from its delivery point in time, etc), I will ask you to pay for shipping once more before I am able to send it to you a second time.
